Intact was one of Canada's largest insurance companies — and one of its least known. Breaking through in a category notorious for forgettable advertising required more than a clever tagline.

We proposed something no insurance company had ever done: put their claims process and their claims experts to the test, publicly, with real customers. It was a bold, transparent move that built genuine trust.

The results were extraordinary. Unaided awareness jumped 16% — six months ahead of schedule. Leadership in home insurance perception scores rose 44%. Overall brand consideration increased by 20%. Intact became a household name.
